What is the returns policy?

Unopened items may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the date you receive your order. Items must be unused and unopened, and all original packaging must be intact and in saleable condition. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you used a free shipping or shipping promotion code on your order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

All promotional items and any opened packages are not eligible for return.
Orders placed with a discount code can be returned for a refund, provided that the products are unopened and returned within 7 days of receipt. This excludes sale items and special holiday promotions.

Once our customer service team has received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed. This usually takes approximately 3–5 working days. Because the returns and refund process can take some time, we sincerely hope you will consider carefully before returning the products, as we do not wish to delay you unnecessarily.

Faulty or damaged items

Claims for damaged or faulty items must be made within 7 days of the date you receive your order. If you believe you have received a defective product, please email (Company email) your order number, the product name or code, and clear photos of the fault. Once we confirm that the item is defective, we will be happy to offer a replacement or a refund, subject to stock availability.
